Terms of service

These terms govern the use of Belmirstar Barbería (C. Ángel, 15, 03203 Elche, Alicante) and of its appointment booking system at belmirstar.com. By booking an appointment you accept them.

What a booking is. Booking sets aside a slot in the diary with a particular barber for a particular service. It is not a payment nor a guarantee of outcome: the price you see is the price of the service at the shop, and it is paid there when we finish. We never ask for a deposit or for card details.

Notice and punctuality. Appointments are booked at least one hour in advance. Please arrive a few minutes early: past ten minutes late the slot may no longer be long enough for the full service, and it may have to be shortened or moved, because there is someone else waiting behind you.

Changes and cancellations. You can cancel or move your appointment free of charge by letting us know in advance, by phone or WhatsApp on +34 631 370 061. The sooner we know, the sooner the slot is free for somebody else. The details are in cancelling or changing an appointment.

If you do not turn up. We do not charge for a missed appointment, but if it keeps happening we may ask you to confirm by phone before booking online again.

Prices. Published prices are the shop prices and include tax. A service may need more time or more product than expected — a bleach, for instance; if so you are told before we start, never afterwards.

At-home service. The VIP barber-at-your-door service is quoted separately, by area and number of people, and is agreed over WhatsApp on +34 634 45 92 35 before we set off. It is not booked from the website.

Minors. Under-18s must come with a responsible adult.

Use of the booking system. Please enter real details: a booking made with false ones takes up a slot somebody else needed. We may cancel bookings that are obviously false or made in bulk.

Website content. The photographs of our work and the brand imagery belong to Belmirstar Barbería. You may share them with credit, not use them as your own.

Changes to these terms. If they change, the version in force is always the one published on this page. Changes do not affect appointments already booked.
