Refunds
Courtesy translation. The Spanish version is the only one with legal force.
At Belmirstar you always pay at the shop, once the service is done. We do not take a deposit and we charge nothing online when you book, so there are no earlier charges to refund.
If you are not happy with a service, tell us at the shop or over the phone — we sort it out there and then, with no refund process to go through.
